service based upon a set of criteria initially provided. Further support
can be provided after the initial introduction.
Interim Management
MF Logistics and Associates will provide interim management within the
purchasing arena. This can be on a fixed period basis or a number of
days per week to support your internal management.
Overseas Manufacturing Support
MF Logistics and Associates provide a service to overseas manufacturers
who need a fixed base or individual to provide a defined set of services.
Process Design and Implementation
MF Logistics and Associates will provide an audit team to analyse your
purchasing department and provide you with a detailed report. Within
the report will be options that can be implemented by our team to improve
the service and cost effectiveness of the operation.
Product Research
MF Logistics and Associates provide a product research service where
an analysis is made of a customer define product. This service provides
local information for overseas companies.
RFQ and Tender Process
MF Logistics and Associates will work with you to manage your "Request
For Quotation" and "Tender Process". This will include
defining the boundaries, defining tasks and groupings, preparing the
RFQ, analysing the supplier bids, interviewing the suppliers and implementation
of the whole process.
